Nail Boss Studio

These Terms of Service govern use of Nika Nail Boss LLC's website and owner-authorized social media publishing tools. By using the publishing workflow, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the connected business account and agree to these terms.
Purpose of the service
The workflow helps an authorized business user select original videos, prepare captions and post settings, review the intended TikTok account and audience, and submit approved content through TikTok's official services.
Authorized use
You may use the workflow only for accounts you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, revoking access when it is no longer needed, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
Content responsibilities
You must have all rights and permissions needed for every video, image, sound, caption, trademark, and other element you publish. You are responsible for the accuracy of statements, required commercial disclosures, audience and interaction settings, and compliance with applicable laws and TikTok policies.
Review and publishing
The service may prepare or schedule content, but TikTok controls final processing, moderation, visibility, and distribution. TikTok may reject, limit, remove, or otherwise act on content under its own rules. A submission is not guaranteed to become or remain publicly available.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service to infringe rights, mislead viewers, evade platform safeguards, distribute unlawful or harmful material, gain access to an account without permission, interfere with the service, or attempt to extract credentials or nonpublic information.
Third-party services
TikTok, Google Drive, hosting providers, and other third-party services have separate terms and policies. Their availability and decisions are outside our control. Your use of those services remains subject to their requirements.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to protect security, comply with platform or legal requirements, or maintain the service. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular number of posts, engagement, reach, or business results.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Nail Boss Studio disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the workflow, third-party platform actions, or lost distribution or data.
Termination
You may stop using the workflow and revoke connected-account access at any time. We may restrict access for a security risk, unauthorized use, violation of these terms, or a platform or legal requirement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
