Begin with what is already on your nails.
Before choosing a color, note the product currently on your nails. Bare natural nails, gel polish and an existing extension set can need different preparation and removal time. If you do not know which product you have, contact the studio rather than guessing at a removal appointment.
The First-Time Client service in our menu is a Russian manicure with rubber base on natural length. It is a useful starting point to review, but it is not a substitute for booking extensions, removal or detailed art if those are part of your visit.
Save one clear reference.
Choose a photo that shows both length and shape. A close-up of color alone may not communicate the result you want. A second photo can help explain a design detail, but one main reference keeps the conversation focused.
Think about the details you would be happy to adapt. Your own natural length and selected service may call for a different proportion from the photograph. Discuss this before the finish is applied.
Reserve the whole appointment.
The menu lists time estimates next to each service. Add relevant removal, repairs and design instead of reserving only the shortest option. Nail art, a French finish and a single-nail repair are real parts of the work and need room in the schedule.
After choosing a treatment, select your studio. The two locations have separate booking calendars; the address in your confirmation should match where you plan to go.
Keep the day simple.
Check directions in advance, arrive on time and have your reference ready. If plans change, contact the studio promptly. The appointment policy explains the specific cancellation, rescheduling and late-arrival fees.
